Brush on dry skin using circular motions for about 5 minutes, starting at the feet and hands and moving upward toward the heart. Use daily for 2–3 weeks as an intensive treatment, or twice weekly for maintenance. Rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap. Allow to dry with bristles facing downward. Do not use on the abdomen during pregnancy. Avoid areas with recent scars, stretch marks, inflammation, or varicose veins.
